Co-authored documents to describe the Alberta Environment Drinking
Water and Wastewater Programs, including supporting document to describe
the responsibility and accountability of all those involved in service
delivery.
Authored and presented numerous published papers on drinking water and
wastewater systems at national and international conferences. From these we were able to transfer knowledge, from experiences and lessons learned in Alberta, particularly the strategies required to deal with small communities system
Between 1989 and 1993, authored new drinking water and municipal
wastewater regulations under the Environmental Protection and
Enhancement Act. Since that time, Coordinated changes to the legislation
as required, and led the development of effective and credible
science-based provincial policies, guidelines, standards, and codes of
practice.
